HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH MINISTRY

"In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy" Acts 2:17a

St Paul's Youth Ministry is the second building block in the spiritual formation of our children and families and helps to guide youth through the complex relationships and understandings that they need to learn to follow Jesus Christ. For more information and how to get involved, contact our Youth Ministry Department here.

Youth Ministry happens on Sunday mornings @ 9:30 am, Wednesday evenings @ 6:15 pm both beginning in August, and during special events such as Youth Nights, Fellowship Activities, Retreats, Serving Events, District and National Gatherings.

For over thirty-six years, The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS) has demonstrated its care and affirmation of young people by providing National LCMS Youth Gatherings. Held every three years, LCMS Youth Gatherings provide high schoolers an opportunity to learn more about Jesus Christ, the Christian faith, and their Lutheran identity. During the five days of the Gathering, our youth will spend time together in worship, God’s Word, prayer, song, and service. They will come together as a Christian community not as the future of the Church, but as the Church.  They will come together as one Body from all across the country gathering together to share one faith In Christ Alone.

We thank the congregation for their prayers and support to make it possible for our youth to attend.  Please pray daily for them as they travel, while in New Orleans, and for a safe return!
